POLYURETHANES

Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (PU (Green)/ HPU (Red)), which has an unusually high abrasive resistance, low compression set, high physical properties and tear strength. In sealing technology HPU is mostly used for U-cups, lip seals, wipers and packings, but it may also be used for dampers and other machined parts.

HPU RED IN COLOUR Hydrolysis polyurethane deisigned for water glycol applications. it is also an FDA approved material for food grade applciations
PU GREEN IN COLOUR Suitable for U-rings, wiper rings and other seal elements -mineral oil, compressed air, water

ELASTOMERS

Elastomers, respectively rubber materials are polymers, which are chemically cross-linked by the vulcanization process. Due to their chemical bonds, they do not melt, but rather begin to decompose at high temperatures.

NBR BLACK IN COLOUR Suitable for low pressure and Pneumatic applications
FKM known as VITON BROWN IN COLOUR Mostly used in High Temperature and aggressive media applications. Can withstand temperature up to 210 degrees Celsius.

THERMOPLASTICS

Thermoplastics include standard and special hard grade materials with outstanding wear resistance for mechanical applications and top performance PTFE compounds with highest chemical and temperature resistance, optimized for sealing applications

CAST NYLON NATURAL COLOUR CAST NYLON has high stiffness, low friction and excellent dimensional stability. Suitable for guiding elements.
PTFE WHITE IN COLOUR Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a group of thermoplastic polymers that are compatible with a wide assortment of lubricants and feature chemical resistance that is far superior to that of any other sealing lip material.
PTFE (BRONZE FILLED) GOLDEN BROWN IN COLOUR PTFE (40% BRONZE FILLED) exhibits improved compression strength sliding properties as well as an improved thermal conductivity in comparison to virgin PTFE. BRONZE filled PTFE has a smooth, dirt-resistant surface. Seals with BFT lips can accommodate high surface speeds while offering extended service life. The seals can tolerate dry running and are particularly valuable in highly contaminated applications because of their excellent exclusion ability
PEEK BEIGE WHITE IN COLOUR PEEK is a polymer with high tensile strength, stiffness, high heat distortion temperature and good sliding and friction properties. As far as strength and stiffness are concerned, PEEK exceeds most technical plastics, especially at high temperatures.
